Judging by that boundary map I keep seeing it looks like a land grab to me. Captioned pictures and gifs could make this more entertaining. Haha

I remember the first time I drove over the MoL Blvd to go to the Mall and seeing the sidewalk passing under the bridge and was like Oh. My. Goodness. They just pulled a Houston. We are finally growing up. I'm really glad they are doing this and I hope it keeps up momentum.

I think HOVs are used to get from the burbs to the city, like spokes. Do you see many HOVs on loops in your experience?

Outer Chicago area has high speed tolling for people with "I-Pass" and "Pre-Pass." People who pay cash have little exits right next to the scanners where they take an exit lane, pay the toll, then re-enter the main road. I don't see how that can play into our new tollway system with the space available, but La could take lessons on efficiency.

If they can't afford or plan for at least six lanes, I'm not expecting HOVs.

There is an article out saying CATS wants to start BRT from Downtown to LSU. If it goes the way I'm understanding it, CATS is going to put a bus on its own right-of-way. Who thinks that when this happens they will realize that a bus is good enough and they don't need to pay to install rail in the same place. Thoughts?

Now, if the "Baton Rouge Expressway" (I-110) actually went somewhere...

Those trucks are probably hopping from one "spur " to the next, e.g. I-10 west to I-45 south. People going straight through don't normally drive around, especially if it cost extra.
