  1. Plant some trees, turn it into a garden path. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. After photos, Loading... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. How’s traffic going to look around that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. The next problem will be vehicles cutting across and blocking three lanes of traffic, left to right, to exit at Denham & Juban. They are having to build an additional overpass to prevent this same problem I-10 west @ College, smh. They should make it a controlled thruway lane during rush hour just for people passing through town and not stopping. This “express lane” exit should be just after the Juban exit. 5. I always thought Pecue would have been a good connector for Airline & I-10, but Siegan already has the space for it. Just create a raised thruway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. From personal experience, they take just as long, if not a little longer, to get through with the red lights and curved paths. They aren’t any more efficient unless yields are allowed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. Does anybody else think W. Washington St. should connect directly to Nicholson Dr., instead of having to jump to Van Buren St.? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. In my idea, there would be no U-turn lane to go downtown. Everything would circulate through the circle. I was even concerned with larger commercial vehicles coming off of the interstate and turning south on Nicholson, but the outside lane of the roundabout would be as far out as that U-turn lane, like in the picture. That is plenty of room for 18-wheelers to make it through safely. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. What are some issues with a roundabout being located at the end of an interstate off ramp? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Moved to Roundabout thread... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Roundabouts cause traffic to slow down, which is something that area might need in the future as the number of vehicles and pedestrians grows. They are also a safer way to execute a U-turn on roads with small medians without causing a backup or rear end accident. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Not really “necessary.” It’s just a creative idea. It will be interesting to see how many new lights pop up on Nicholson as the corridor fills in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Is this a crazy idea? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Is it the building in the Tiger Stadium parking lot, to the left? I couldn’t see it on google maps because of the oak trees. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. The pictures don't show up on my screen. What are these meetings about specifically? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I think gondolas should be used for crossing terrain that can not be easily crossed by foot or automobile like bodies of water and drastic hills/mountains. We only have one of those here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. They left the tower when they cleared the property as kind of a memorial. I thought it was interesting.
  19. Stapleton in Denver, CO is a little more my style.
  20. I'm just waiting for somebody from out of state to get it a throw up a strip mall. What if, by chance, Wampold ended up with this land, in addition to what he already has in that area.
  21. NOLA can have the airport. We can have the University. Fair?

I think there is enough land for a garage. I don't think the developer wants to pay for it.

You would have to put a parking garage somewhere to make up for lost parking.
  24. If FutureBR wasn't good enough, I don't think anything else ever will be.
