They've signed a lease and will be moving in sometime during summer.

I know where they are going, but cannot say, they'll be filling immediately available space. Around 20,000 square feet.

They'll fill a substantial amount of space, but they will only grow. We'll be their Southeastern presence and really only presence east of the Mississippi.

A national energy company will be moving into downtown Greenville this summer that currently has no presence in the southeast. stay tuned.

Its all Bob. The rest of the land on the river is his. And yup I would expect pretty much the same design and set up as the rest of the development.

I don't think it'll be too different. The biggest thing is it will be put in front of DRB.

I ate at Overlook for dinner about a month ago and the service was not good, it took an hour to get the food and another half hour after we finished to get the check. Beyond that the menu was incredibly small and not very appealing. I hope Soby can turn the place around, its an awesome location.

We've been through before, most everybody seems to disagree with your viewpoint. While the name is terrible you can't generalize that to all of Greenville, its bad logic.
