They have really sped through the renovations. I've seen people working at 9pm at night. Wish the other projects in town could move as quickly.

The QT at Rutherford agreed to not sell singles at the request of the Viola and Southernside neighborhoods. I presume they'll do the same for this location as well.

I've seen the plan. It is built around the liquor store with entrances on Academy and Markley

Maybe they will sell it, who knows. I just don't see companies like Piedmont Petroleum giving up property for short term profits. -

I'm doubtful. The owners of that citgo also own the two lots behind it. That would be a very large chunk of property. Why wouldn't they sit on it? -
