Project Thread/New Construction/Photo du jour/Const. CAMs

Yup, 2nd Ave was the place to "cruise" in the late 90's early 2000's! Even then, I think I remember activity beginning to spread to Broad between 2nd Ave/Riverfront and the Arena. Ah, fond memories! Really was a beginning catalyst for what we see today. -
I like how more cranes are sporting signage on their booms.

To be more fair, it is a rescheduled game that was rained out last night. Not a typical start time!

The DoD uses pretty extensive requirements. I am not sure if the DOJ uses the UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) or not. https://www.wbdg.org/ffc/dod/unified-facilities-criteria-ufc

Need to throw in lumps of manure to give it that real authentic feel and smell. Once you get your boots on it will feel like you are walking through pasture dodging piles of crap! Yee haw, c'mon down now, ya hear?! Instead of toothpicks you can have pieces of straw or your choice of chewin' tabacky.

This location has always been one of my favorites, especially way back ~2006(?) when the first proposal for reuse was planned. If this was pulled off back then it would have been one of the earlier game changers like the Gulch and RMH. Glad to see it back on the table. It feels like 2006 again with this and WES rising from the ashes like a phoenix. Love the layout with the dock to the river! Gives me a "wharf" vibe!

Don't know if these two have been posted yet. Not construction cams, but cams: Take in amazing views of the downtown Nashville skyline with this live streaming webcam. Located at UP, a rooftop lounge on top of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown/The Gulch, experience uninterrupted views of this lively music city from the perfect vantage point. https://www.earthcam.com/usa/tennessee/nashville/?cam=nashville We thank Big Time Boots store for this view of Broadway, in the heart of downtown Nashville, the capital of the U.S. state of Tennessee. Through this live moving webcam you can see this major avenue from different perspectives, having the neon lights as a common feature. The buildings on Broadway include the elegant glass tower that houses the Nashville Visitor Centre and is a part of Bridgestone Arena, an important all-round venue with music and sports events. Across Broadway, just behind the honky-tonk bars and nightclubs, is the Hilton Nashville Downtown Hotel. https://www.webcamtaxi.com/en/usa/tennessee/broadway-nashville.html -

Lived in FL and about 15 minutes from the beach for 2 years and 7 months. Could count the number of times I went to the beach on 2 hands!

I take speed bumps at 5 mph, LOL. Need my car to last and me saving 0.5 seconds to the next stop is not important.

Flightradar24 is a cool site to follow and app to have, especially if you are an aviation nerd/geek like me.
