    I was thinking that the 6 story brown building and surface parking lot on the SW corner of 8th and Commerce were part of the Baptist complex as well(?) The Southern Baptist Convention's five-story denominational headquarters at Ninth and Commerce isn't part of the sale.

    That's probably my profile, and the two hotels are the OMNI in Louisville and the Fairmont in Austin.

    I recall Publix mentioning they aren't ruling out opening at two separate locations. "...Publix store in Capitol View would not preclude another store in Midtown or elsewhere in urban Nashville — meaning this does not appear to be an either/or scenario for the grocer." The store in Midtown would be smaller, whereas the Capitol View location would be full service.

    There will definitely be a hole in the hillsboro village area until the Kroger opens in 2016. The Barry Hill location is already overcrowded.

    I would rather him scale back than to start with an underwhelming design. We will end up with the best possible project given the circumstances.
