I'm frowning at this project as well. I think a project similar to One Loudon or even better, Mosaic District in NOVA would have been great at this location.

Yes for demolishing all those structures. Looking forward for the Innovation Center to be build. The facade is really nice regardless whose mathematics is used.

Hmmm. Is there a way to build a data center, by consolidating the floor space into a 600 ft tower in Downtown? Give the exterior the look of an office tower and have ground floor retail space. Just thinking out loud.

It will become full off weeds and dog crap. More "organic" growth with the help of "organic" fertilizer. -joke I'm not against parks but I think a mixed-use development with a pocket park would be better here than just a park. There's enough room for both.

Your sentiments are felt my heart as well. It appears there are more complainers out there with the attitude that life should be just handed to them rather than earning it. Creativity, tenacity, patience and most importantly being grateful can go a long way for a happy life.

It's a deep structure so it can accommodate many units.

Concrete needs to cure. Sometimes additives can be used to speed up cure time.

No to balconies extending from the facade of highrises. I just think they look horrible Be part of the community by walking on the streets.
