I love severe weather and chasing severe storms and tropical systems as well. When I used to live at Kensington Court Apartments, I make my way to the roof when severe weather would approach.

Definitely one of favorite places in the States. I'll even take dates here for a relaxing walking, picnic, and a nap under a tree.

This type of development reminds me of "organic" rather than BOLD growth. I can see something like this along the Carroll Creek in Downtown Frederick, MD but no in Richmond, VA. Hopefully this fails just as the market conditions improve for something BOLD.

One time I had flight on United from ORD to IAD but connected through Rochester, NY. HUH?!? Both IAD and ORD are United hubs with multiple daily non-stop flights between both airports.

Funny if this scenario occurs: Spirit files Chapter 7 and JetBlue acquires their non overlapping routes and assets during liquidation. Then gives the DOJ the middle finger since they would have spent less than the takeover. Reminds me when Brady won the Super Bowl with Tampa instead with New England.

GRTC is definitely one of the better systems I have used. When I lived in Richmond, I would take the bus from the Museum District to Downtown.

It's called weathervane mode. This is done to reduce stresses on the structure and at the crane's footing during high wind events. Without this, a tower crane can topple during high winds.
