Renaming the stadium to something that sounds like your rival is a choice.

the name is...eh.  BUT, that article says this is the first such major investment of a Latin American company here.  That's huge that it happened here and not Miami.  That's big...

Now that all the land to the east of the stadium is cleared, maybe Orlando City Soccer Club can make their own scaled down entertainment complex. Another possibility is to turn it into apartments and retail that looks similar to nearby City View. They could also make either of the lots a parking garage for those who don't like going for a hike to get to the stadium.

this is a key piece of property, if for no other reason for contiguity...
