Probably the only stretch of the Rail Trail this close to Uptown that is kinda dead and lifeless (in terms of buildings, not through-traffic). But once you get on a couple blocks it's vibrant again.

Wilmore has changed a lot in the last few years. Especially this year. The neighborhood is becoming much more walkable and is starting to connect to Southend nicely. It’s also an incredibly diverse neighborhood. Anyway, here is Max and Lola Bodega opening soon.

Was that symmetry intentional or was it just a happy accident? I often wonder if developers/architects take that into account when designing these towers. 

Happy accident, I’m sure, and I think duke might fudge that up lol.

You know it would be no accident if we were in charge. In fact, if it were me, I'd have Legacy Union topped out at 589.5' which is 3/4 the height of DEC to match the same 3/4 ratio of BOAC to Hearst.

Just want to say thanks to all of you who contribute great pictures to this and other threads.  So refreshing compared to much of what I lurkingly read in the coffee house (way too many political pissing contests).  To paraphrase Cornwallis, the coffe house is a hornets nest!

I was on the 7th floor rooftop, first floor of the set back, on the building formerly know as Odell Plaza last Friday.  Stopped in to visit some folks while taking a day off to take my kids to the dinosaur exhibit at discovery place.  I regret that I didn’t take any photos from the seventh floor patio.  Talk about density and architectural diversity.  There were 270 degrees of great views from that spot.  I’ll take and post a view pics next time I’m up there.
