#1: No idea

#2: I see a lot of palms, but it doesn't look at all like FL or coastal CA. Maybe central CA but then there's water. So maybe a city in our 50th state. Too small to be Honolulu, so I think it's Kona or Hilo. Kona isn't that big, so I'll go w/a big wild ass guess and say HILO.

#3: By your hint, I'll go w/Grand Forks?

The 2nd one is Hilo. It just looked rather ambiguous.. so I thought I'd fool ya, but apparently not.

The 3rd is Grand Forks, but that was taken in April of this year. The floods this year were quite bad. (3rd or 4th highest crest on record).. but they built the dikes to easily withstand that after the 1997 disaster.
