Parramore's Future: Highrise Development or No?

So it looks like there are three proposed Green projects in Parramore: Green Tower (1121 Church Street), Kelly Tower (1000 W Pine Street), and Parramore Tribute Towers (1016, 101 Church Street, 1003, 1001 W Jackson Street). Renderings of the Parramore Tribute Towers and massing for the three proposed projects is below.

I've grown cynical over the years about Downtown Orlando development. Even projects that have been fully approved often times never end up getting built such as CSP2.

Tom Green is this guy who had a show on MTV in the late 90's that basically embarrassed the hell out of his parents for popularity.  A true pioneer of his time when it comes to annoying YouTube/TikTok views.

I think you mean Tim Green.   Neither one of them you want developing blocks in the City.
