The south side of the building is almost done it looks pretty good most of the white is up i dont know if it is paint or some kinda face they are putting up but it is almost done on that side.

It should be about time for some details on M&M. Star is about at the stage Sanctuary was at when Kodsi unveiled Star.

In all seriousness I think it looks pretty neat for another box building.

I think at twice the height, this would have been Orlando's shiznit skyscraper, hearkening to Ten Mus. Park (loosely speaking of course). Now, it's just another pretty 200 footer like it's neighbors. Not that I'm complaining... it is better than nothing... way better.

Details are beginning to take shape here. Windows are going in on the ground floor, driveways have been poured, and I saw a truck with appliances going into the units. Should be another month or two when they start closing units on this guy.

maybe Kodsi can replicate the design, double it's height, and build it's twin a few blocks to the west or SW. it is a cool looking bldg.

Nope.

It looks like an open floor or a parking deck on the top floor. It even has that cheesy white parking garage lighting. Can't miss it.

It is the amenities deck. The pool etc.

With a roof? Or is the roof the finished floor for the amenities deck located above, on the roof. Wait....

The floor under the pool is the one i'm talking about. At night you can't miss it, it is unoccupied and lit up like a parking garage. I'm doing a horrible job describing it.
