It looks like they have installed the water line, fire line (water) and sewer taps. Still waiting on Duke to move the overhead

power poles it seems.

It looks as though the pad is ready for footings. Apparently, the power poles will not have to be moved and the site is ready for 

the foundation contractor.

Yeah, I noticed that today.  Looks like they just about have everything graded.  Hate it about the power lines.  They’re just ugly……

According to this H-J article, plans are to lay the hotel foundation this fall.  "'We're seeing long lead times in procurement for certain equipment needed for the construction of the hotel but have been fortunate to be working with great subcontractors in an effort to get ahead of these delays. We're hoping to be ready to open by the end of 2024,' [developer Om] Patel said."  From this weekend:

Rod busters have been making rebar mats for the footings at the lot across Daniel Morgan.  Footings should go in very soon!

Haha, was just gonna post.  Saw this on IG.  Looks a bit smaller (like narrower) than a normal tower crane.

Some photos of the crane.  I'm a bit surprised they're using a tower crane, but I guess it makes sense given the constrained site (no room for a mobile crane).

The crane also gives a decent idea of how tall the hotel will be.
