Beacon Partners LoSo Station office buildings continue to attract new leases.  One building is 100% leased now and the 2nd building is now leasing up.

""The Station at LoSo is adding four more office tenants to its lineup, including Charlotte real estate firm Beacon Partners.

The leases total 37,618 square feet between Station 3 and Station 4 at 3700 South Blvd. Beacon, which developed and handles leasing at the property, will move its headquarters into a 12,254-square-foot space at the Station 4 building later this year. The firm's office is currently at 500 E. Morehead St.

Gambling.com Group is also leasing space at Station 4. The performance marketing company for the online gambling industry will occupy 10,413 square feet and plans to move in during the second quarter. Gambling.com is relocating its regional headquarters from South End and has plans for growth over the next several years.  

Dwell Design Studio plans to move its Charlotte operations into a 4,876-square-foot space at Station 3 later this quarter. The Atlanta-based architecture firm's local portfolio includes projects like Atherton, 500 West Trade, Camp North End and MAA LoSo.

Additionally, an undisclosed tenant will lease 10,075 square feet at Station 3.

Station 3's office space is now 100% leased. About 63,000 square feet of space remains available at Station 4.""

Station 4 building is 105,000 sq of office and retail space and Station 3 was 98,000 sq ft of office and retail.
