It's sort of like Historic West End Park, not much historic anymore. I will say there are more historic structures in Buena Vista than in West End Park now. I think the count in WE Park is probably zero as they have all come down. There may be a smattering of a home or two left. There are a couple of apartment buildings across from the old Outback but besides that????

There are no churches like HBV and at least they have a couple of those left along with the Carnegie Library. There should have been an Historic overlay in the area but again Metro dropped the ball. They seem to be really good at dropping the ball.

With the news yesterday that Barstool is now OUT of the sportsbook world, it will be interesting to see how this establishment moves forwards. Not sure who the lease/ownership of the establishment is under. Dave Portnoy bought back 100% of Barstool from Penn Entertainment as Penn Entertainment now has a sportbook deal with ESPN (to be named ESPN Bet). Maybe this venue rebrands to something ESPN related?
