I would say one of Armin Van Buuren's State of Trance episodes. Armin has used it fairly recently in a show in Novemember. It's hard to find other Trance addicts these days. We have officially passed up Nashville to become the 5th largest city subforum on the site!!!!! Charlotte, Grand Rapids, Greenville, and Orlando are the only ones ahead of us. Congrats to all!!

I agree. Free parking isn't going to last long if it's just off Lafayette. I suspect they'll limit it to free parking on days such as Wednesday and Sunday which are typical church days.

It looks like the Central United Methodist urban church will be building off Lafayette soon. The state plumbing records shows it getting approval.

Thanks, I didn't even notice. What's even greater is that we have had about 500 posts in the past week, which puts us within 100 of passing Nashville. Keep up the good work guys. When posting the photo, did you be sure to click on the tree icon and put the URL of the photo in there? Personally, I use photobucket. They allow for up to about 10,000 photos free and they insert the IMG tags for you so all you have to do is click on the URL and put it in the post and you have a photo. I never really licked flickr for some reason.

Incase anyone was wonder how bad Horsebarn Rd. in Rogers is, here's a few photos showing it. You can see as well that the construction crews are trying to widen the road to 5 lanes.

That's why you don't here any of the 4 NWA cities trying for TIF's anymore. I'm a bit mixed on the whole issue myself.

That's the point. Mike Beebe ruled against it when Rogers wanted to create a TIF for the I-540 corridor. Now, now no money can be taken from the school districts. Rogers's TIF went from about $50 Million in Revenue to about $21 Million.

I hope he knows that school district money isn't included in TIF's. That's what happened to the one up in Rogers along the Interstate, which cut the amount of funding available by half.

What a cheap ass. He only cares about making his apartments as cheap as possible.

Welcome Jeff to UP!! While I would like to see a subforum related to that kind of deal in the Northwest Arkansas area, Urban Planet doesn't make subforums like that in city forums. You can start a thread though about smart growth in Fayetteville/NWA and I'm sure it would be supported.
