  1. As long as it doesn't become another Golden Chick on Pelham...

    "Greenville"

    This is..something
  3. Some interesting color samples on the side of this one.
  4. I have seen some limited activity on occasion on this site which leads me to believe it is not dead. I would guess they are working through financing issues as most project are at the moment and trying to get numbers to work.
  5. Respectfully, I do not think Grail Central and Champs are even in the same conversation. Grail Central is "high end" clothing just in a different way than some of you may believe. $180 for a pair of shoes and $40 for a T-Shirt is higher end than H&M surely. The "Hype" community pays top dollar for certain shoes and clothing. They may venture into the "vintage" world as well. Their current Anderson location has 43 reviews and 5 stars. They also have 14.3k Instagram followers. If they are successful in Anderson they will find a ton of Success in Downtown Greenville. They already have a loyal client base who probably travels from Greenville from time to time. Take a walk around downtown any evening and you will see a ton of people wearing clothing and shoes that can be bought at this store. Not everybody is shopping at Rush Wilson or Southern Tide. This store will do very well downtown as others outside of downtown have. This is most similar to "Hyped Experience" on Wade Hampton near Harris Teeter. 5 Stars on 97 reviews. Also "Varsity Goods" in West Greenville, 4.8 stars 225 reviews, sells similar products. In all honesty the pedestal this forum puts H&M on as though its some super popular store in laughable at best. I have never seen an H&M that busy, nor would I consider it an attraction to shoppers. They sell crappy, cheap clothing marked up before it is inevitably marked down to $4 on the clearance rack. They are extremely disorganized and not a good fit in the downtown environment. They would be better off in a County Square or mall environment.
  6. Our (5?) chipotles may be the worst I have ever visited. It like the local owners do not care or can't seem to train. They are constantly out of items and never clean up their messes.
  7. That's exciting! That frees up real estate for expansion.

Looks like building permits have been applied for on the New Realm Brewery Project. In review now..
  9. My source must not have been good on that. Although at the rate architects are moving these days 3 months to them is 3 years to the rest of us...
  10. Looks like permit were denied last year and required revisions. Haven't seen a new application.
  11. I was wondering if I had a new guy or just a slow guy on the machine. Glad to see others experienced the same thing. We traveled around labor day and even with no one in front of us in the pre check line it took 15 minutes to get through.
  12. Not a great sign...wondering if I should move my dinner reservation.
  13. I believe we may see a DRB agenda item for this in the next 3 months.
  14. There was a chick fil a in the Daniel building? When was that?
  15. You'd be correct. Here is the old ITB for that project. https://www.clemson.edu/giving/cufoundations/structure/culsf/culsf-flex-lab-building-project/documents/invitation-for-bids.pdf
