    There is a construction gate up on this location so it looks like some work may start soon.

    Has there been any update with the sale of this land? Now that it appears that the Practice Facility charade is over I wonder if Tepper is focusing his energy on trying to get this land?

    Does anyone know what's going on here on Statesville between Callahan and Oaklawn? I attended a zoning meeting a few years ago about a mixed used apartment and retail project that was supposed to go here but i'm not sure if it got approved. Also Camp Northend is putting up fencing near the corner of Sylvania Ave and Statesville like they're about to break ground on another phase.

    Has anyone seen any information on the residence units available here? Are they supposed to be apartments or condos? Usually by this time they would start trying to get some confirmed leases I would think.
