    It's beautiful inside. Light green and white wall with wooden tables and floor. Would be great destination for Instagram photo that kind of. And there are a few outdoor seating too.     Virigin Train USA (Brightline) seems in progress to add 3 more stops to the exsisting service. This makes them more like commuter rail. And according to their ridership disclosure. Ridership is almost flat since Q4 2018 Would be interesting if they still working on their original idea for Charlotte to Atlanta

    When this building completes, 2nd phase of gateway complex is about to begin and might last few years. And after that might be silver line construction. So might be less attractive to lease. But after all these finished, this location is great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    according to lynx golden line twitter The first S70 streetcar traveled from California is in Asheville NC now. Hope these street cars can be used to add frequency on blue line when they finished testing and before golden line open. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Silver line alightment. Maybe this is the reason why CATS strongly perfer this option. Because these blocks are already owned by city/state?
