  3. Just wikied Calgary. It's amazing they have >300K weekday ridership with less than 40mile of LRT. Which exceeding some heavy rail lines. Looks like they have about 220 train car, with 4 car trainset thjat's about 55 train. CATS have 42 train car and 21 train. So given they have two line. It's basiclly the same amont of trains for one line. given Lynx blue line currently have 25K weekday ridership. *2 for two line, *2 for 4 train car set. That comes to 100K daily ridership. So what frequency are they running or did they have high ridership throughout the day?

  6. The sedgefield harris teeter already does not have enough parking space in busy hours. Recently there are lots of overflow parking on adjacent streets. Like the one between harris teeter and the EDGE apartment under construction. So in the future, when the new apartment and the other part of sedgefield strip mall been developed. Finding a parking space there would be brutal. The good news is there are enough apartments just across street so the retailers there should still have enough traffic
  7. do they have free parking at the spot? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. An exclusive lane would require higher frequency (like 5min) 15-20min interval could be hard to justify why it needs dedicated lane. Or maybe share the lane with other buses?

  11. track work proceed to gateway station road work north of church st they are cutting out old road pavement at JSU Looks like enough room for trees and flowers on center of road and option for more lanes in the future Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I would think extanding BLE to concord mills mall via Charlotte Motor Speedway would bring lots of ridership. The water pond between mall complex and Concord Mills Blvd would be a good location for station, and we can reserve the option to extend further north to Concord Reginal Airport if that airport have more development. on the southern side, is it a good idea to add a line from Mathews to Ballantyne/Pineville to river district and ends in airport (probably the same station on silver line airport station)
