  1. I’ve noticed this in the newer renderings as well. That’s what prompted me to capture the structure from the angles of the renderings. I used the neighboring buildings in the renderings as context (hence the lynx station pavilion corner in the left foreground of the 3rd picture). Noted, It seems like there’s a drop off at the back of the “tall” tower that makes it look shorter when viewing it from behind. Similar design with the 2nd tower dropping off in the front, giving it a shorter looking height when viewed from Orange Ave. Can anyone share more updated renderings for this project if there are any? The ones from my comparison are from the Society Orlando website, these below are what are currently on Baker Barrios website:
  2. Current renderings vs. my best attempt to get the same angles this morning.
  3. I believe it’s a new design altogether, replacing the design from 2018. That one is half the height.
  4. “The 20-story building would still comply with the Airport Height Zoning Ordinance and would be entitled to receive FAA clearance for up to 205 feet, according to the staff report.” According to GS, the Disney campus and SIMCOM Aviation Training HQ were factors in the decision to add more density and height to the town center.
  5. More of the EA building. The LED screen is on. It’s smaller and further away from the street than I had imagined it would be.
  6. Did a walk around today. It’s already one floor higher than the last post, 5 days ago.
  7. Baker Barrios revised parking garage renderings and some other new perspective renderings from pool deck of residential tower. https://www.growthspotter.com/news/downtown-orlando-developments/gs-news-creative-village-xy-revisions-20211021-zdxaouxqrzecdm3tsf6dpynisi-story.html

It will be broken down to four phases and include up to 1,400 residences. https://www.growthspotter.com/news/retail-dining-developments/gs-news-fashion-square-framework-20210928-fpibh6puyfd5xnmes3dzupxcqa-story.html

  12. Another floor taller. The full approach from I-4 west bound. Moving along quickly
