If you look at master plans, once the new control tower is complete the old one will be torn down. This would make room for a convention center/hotel.

I agree, however I doubt that the MLS is willing to wait 10 to 15 years for a new venue. They were already vocal about playing in a "football" stadium.

I like your view on this. I agree 100% in that there still is a slot for BA to add a 3rd daily, especially when AA gets those 7 gates in A!!

That would be so sweet if Amazon built a cargo hub there, but there would have to be substantial taxiway configuration if they are trying to relocate away from current cargo terminals.

I have a different view of this; I hope DL decides to restart this route to possibly get B6 back on the JFK slot, or even FLL. The DL expansion could assist in the Sky Lounge case.

Like I said, my inside knowledge is not extreme, but it definitely looks like a sizable campus outside of Uptown. However, I do believe that they will have a building Uptown.

Not sure if it has been discussed, but I have heard from reliable sources within the company that a campus will be built in South Charlotte.

Agreed, move HQ and practice to Fort Mill, renovate stadium in Uptown. With the space from the practice fields, a new high rise/ stadium district could possibly emerge.

I'm flying this route in May on the 350, with points it was reasonable but these prices are getting out of hand.

With the new HQ move from BB&T and SunTrust, it is logical for Wells to move complete operations to increase their market share as well as dominance in the region.
