So if this is the same lot they're building the parking garage at...will we see a new rendering considering there's less land to build on? Also, if this project ACTUALLY happens and the tower is ACTUALLY 60 stories... I might cry.

I would have to agree. I'm a little disappointed with the height, but I guess it is what it is. Did you guys notice that the exterior design of the hotel is somewhat similar to that of the Twelve Twelve building?

This might be a cookie cutter tower, and its planned location might be a little off, but I am not mad about this coming to Nashville.
