    Well, I’ve done combined BJs and Target runs there for quite a while now. I actually prefer Costco more (for the most part), but BJs was much more convenient to me, which is why I got a membership there. This location closing is disappointing for many reasons.

    He’s talking about the next decade of stadiums that were built after BoA. It definitely ushered in a new wave of NFL stadium design. That’s why it’s compared to Camden Yards.

    Obviously it’s not recognizable to people outside of CLT, but Romare Bearden Park has pretty much become this to people from the area. Or maybe not, idk. I like it.

    This is my neighborhood and I’m all for it. What a blight that property is right now.

    Those teams aren’t going anywhere, especially not the Cardinals. The Rays or Athletics are the only possible teams to be considered for relocation. Expansion is more likely, from what I’ve gathered.

    Honestly, I think the team would leave Charlotte before it built a new domed stadium in the suburbs. A suburban stadium would almost defeat the purpose of why they even want the dome.

    How much have tax payers paid for that past few stadiums like this?

    You honestly think the final 4 would only come to Charlotte once? That’s what the whole post was in response to. There’s only about 10 stadiums that would be competition to choose from, but it could be here potentially every 8-10 years.

    Honestly not sure why I thought that. They hosted it in 2008.
