Good, hey varider, sorry for vanishing, i ahve been quite buzy. Im good for next sunday, but i can do it earlier. I was actually in downtown last fri sept. 11, but that was on short notice and i could not stay for all that long. Didn't remember seeing the tracks that fully installed on monticello though!

The need a building like this. Mabe an indoor park or (small) waterpark with shops and festivities. Bright light and gleaming architechture everywhere. And hold the biggest party in Hampton Roads on fridays to celebrate the weekend. A big stage would be in it too for the parties. Also about TPP, i was dissapointed by the stage they have. They could have created something much bigger and more amazing for 11 million..

I think 10 to 15 might be a little optimistic. Anyways guys the nationals arn't going to suck forever. My dad has told me that if I stick with the nationals i can say i followed them when they stunk after they win whe world series). Though I like the Orioles better. Anyway is baseball and i like to watch baseball no matter whos playing. How bout those Pilots! We often forget about the other baseball team in Hampton Roads. They were great this year. They made it to the championchip. I went to all the playoff games and some of the last ones of this year. Not bad playing for college guys.

Oh wah.. thats outdated.. we were never going to get the expos when there was Washington. Plus im starting to think the citys jsut not ready yet.

Ive signed up for countless PCH drawing things. The current one is 10 million. If I win ill buy one lol *edit* 15th floor has the penthouses yes, 14th is just regular.

Don't forget Harbor Heights still has empty condos. 90% of the 14th floor is empty.
