I've met a lot of people recently who have relocated to Nashville from Atlanta. Many have stated the job market is better in Nashville than Atlanta right nowbecause Atlanta is saturated. They've also made statements about wanting to start familie, but they are afraid because of the staggering HIV rate in Atlanta, in addition to traffic headaches, and crime.

I'm so excited about all the new development, mass transit, and the possibility of landing the 2nd Amazon HQ, but this one is currently my favorite. Does anyone have any updates on this project?

This development would be better in Atlanta.

I hope this doesn't happen. I moved here from New York city to get away from construction and people.

I really don't want to help others. Been there done that. It goes unappreciated, it's never enough, and people continue to make the same mistakes that cost tax payers even more money. When does it stop?

I work from home so I shouldn't have to pay a dime in taxes towards mass transit and I probably go downtown only a few times per year. Ijs...

I hope not. Golf is so boring. I'd rather watch paint dry.

The balustrades are really nice, but it looks really trashy. Who wants to drive through all of that trash on the street?

Hey, why don't I just sign my checks over to the city. Glad they are allowing us to vote on it. I will definitely be voting against it. Makes absolutely no sense to me. We pay enough taxes as is.

Don't increase my property taxes for something I never plan to use. I have two very nice vehicles to get me around.

I've never eaten at Chucky Cheese. I really don't think my pure and innocent body could handle it.

I saw some interviews on the street about H&M being on Broadway and many expressed their dislike about the announcement, but looking at the lack of taste in fashion of the people who where been interviewed and some of the passersby, the H&M can't get downtown quick enough. I would prefer a Bergdorfs, Hermes, and a Bloomingdales instead, but I digress.

Any idea when they will start on the Hickory Hollow Parkway exit that will be the Interstate entrance to Ikea? The sooner that gets started, the sooner they will start building the Ikea.

I think everyone is aware of that. Any addition to the city that brings millions of dollars in development and jobs is always a plus.

I know a LOT of successful professional people in Antioch that can travel to Europe on a regular basis just to shop at the Ikea there if they wanted to. Furthermore, they don't have to live in Antioch, but they choose to do so. Don't forget that at one time Antioch was one of the best zip codes in Nashville and a lot of people still live there with their homes paid for. Don't let the zip code fool you. I was hoping Nashville wouldn't become one of those cities where people are automatically judged based on their zip code. That was a big issue in New York and I see it in Atlanta. Nashville is becoming the same way unfortunately.

Ugh!!! so ready for all this construction and building to stop. Congestion and over crowding is the reason I left New York.
