I also must voice my previous concerns of the monotony of this building. The Subtle curves of the top of the building really help, in an indescribable way. The only thing left to worry about it the masonry base, I worry about it looking cheap.

This building just gelled with its surroundings a whole lot better since they've added the top two curved floors. Up till then, it looked a little awkward and out of place from the northwest view.

There are some spire like things going up on top of the avenue. It'll be great to have another crown on BoA's "home turf"

On the Avenue webcam it appears that they are putting framing up for a decorative top to screen the utilities up top. That will definitely add to the beauty of this building - good move.

Railings are being installed on Avenue. I snapped a picture through the sunroof but cannot post it until I get past being an "unincorporated area". I hate being unincorporated...

They started installing the parking deck panels on the side facing IJL. Not yet sure what I think about them.
