Is 1700 Midtown rising? I saw some type of midrise new construction while at the intersection of Church & 18th

Yes it is. I'm assuming it started contruction 8-12 months ago. I think this is a very underrated project, and will add good residential/urban feel to the baptist hospital area of midtown. Hopefully many more are to come
