I will not be able to make it today. I have a 10:30 appointment. The big news in East this month is Heritage East at Porter/Tillman in Eastwood (see the MPC staff reports for the site plan). This one is much larger than March's 25-unit proposal at Eastland/Skyview in Rolling Acres or the Buchwood Bungalow cottage development proposal in East Hill that would require the demolition of an historic home that frames the entrance to Burchwood.

Anyone interested in a mini meet this coming Saturday? Ron, myself, and WW had coffee yesterday and thought maybe we could have a mini-meet.

 

Respond if interested. WE could meet at Bongo Java on the East side in 5 Points. Free Parking. If the weather is nice maybe we could take some downtown pictures off of the community deck at 5th and Main.

not sure if I can muster (draggin' from the night before), but if I do, then would I have to dress up be allowed on that deck (to keep from looking too tacky around the neighbors)?
