I meant like the tall skinney part that's 28 stories. The part to the 2nd Avenue side won't get much taller, the the part fronting 2nd is what'll grow.

There is no skinny part, this one is pretty much straight up from the base.

So what is that? Fourth floor done, fifth being worked on? Once they get past the fifth floor I believe they get into just the tower portion and it should rise faster.

Walked by last weekend... and I discovered the model of the building, to my surprise.. it was inside the building that is sortof caddy-corner to the project site, at 2nd & demonbreun. Looks awesome!!

i was driving home from work coming from ellington pkwy towards downtown and realized that this is really going to stretch out the skyline from the east nashville viewpoint. i would love to see a photoshop of what this will look like in the skyline from other angles. *cough* hint hint *cough*

I really like the blue lighting on the model. Great find by the way. The model looks very impressive, I just wish the building could have been a little taller. Any chance they add more? I'm sure it would be a long stretch, but is it even possible? Just curious. For some reason I feel like I am underestimating this building, but I can't put my finger on why.

The model is indeed gorgeous. This building will make a huge mark on the Nashville skyline. As others have noted, I only wish it were about ten floors taller.

I am working on one right now from the South, however it isn't quite working out. If I can get it done this week, I will take a high-res from East Nashville and of the model from the 2nd Ave side and put them together.
