I didn't know if you were excluding institutional projects but since I didn't see the Chace Center on the list, I thought you might want to include it.

We're members of the RISD Museum and just got some info in the mail that the grand opening for the Chace Center will be Sept. 27, 2008. There will be an inaugural exhibition entitled Chihuly at RISD.

It's entirely confusing. The sign on the property says it will open this year, but Carpianato said something indicating that it wouldn't be for 5 years. That comment was re: the Division St one-way situation, so I'm pretty sure he meant that the hotel would be open long before the bridge work was finished.

The latest I hear is the the new Medical School is a ways off, and no one knows where it's going to be yet...

Also, I think the Wickenden bath house/library redo is open as well...

The Library in the Wickenden Street bathhouse is indeed open, there was a celebration a few weeks/months ago.

Westin II may have residents, but they were still working on the parking garage entrance yesterday morning. So if there are, I'm not sure where they are parking (PARKING CRISIS!)
