Street vendors now in Greenville

Such a small thing, such a big quality of life addition. Just noticed that street vendors are on the streets of Greenville now! Hot Dogs, knish and pretzels on the fly!!! Please excuse the pic quality. When did these start? Did the city approve a new ordinance?
