The ears remind me of that unpleasant looking skyscraper in Nashville. And the roller top is reminiscent of a domed tower in Winston Salem.

My first sketchup building. It's not perfect, and I have no idea how many floors it has and I have yet to figure out how to mass produce windows. It was inspired by a stand at work which was basically an obelisk with a ball top.

That's interesting, Cam. In the first rendering, the slanted section could be a glass-enclosed elevator shaft - sort of like the ones that run up the legs of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Maybe there should be a shaft on both sides of the building.

Ive been messing around with ideas for the triangle lot. Here's one of them. It may not look like it, but it's 3 side with rounded edges. When I dropped it into the 3D model, it fit perfectly on the lot.

Yeah. I was thinking about a few shades darker of the same material as Riverfront Plaza.

Since it is such a prominent site, how about a lot of glass maybe highlighted by the color you have in mind? It is quite a unique three-sided design; judging from your skyline plot, it looks to be the highest in the city. Would there be underground parking?

Tommy, if I remember correctly the triangle has a concave curve on the western side along 8th street. Have you taken that into consideration? My memory could be faulty on this but one of those aerial photos would show it clearly.

I used the curves so there would be a decent amount of sidewalk and plaza space. Enough room for a statue or fountain at each curve.
