I haven't heard anything on this project at all. The center piece reminds me of the Pearl Project in Dubai. It's going to be amazing to see 50 Floor Buildings rise out of the sea off Dubai. Tell me, is this mainly residential?

Is this an actual project, or just a proposal at this stage? It's impressive. I'd like to see somthing like that here in the Western hemisphere.

While this is great, I still have to say that Dubai's Waterfront Development easily surpasses this. I mean, one of the developments is suppose to be as large as Manhatten!!
