^^He's on the sixth floor with a balcony. I don't think it's a "bitten corner," but it does have a glass enclosure that can be either a deck or sunroom.

I dont know. It seems to look more like a Holiday Inn.

But I guess it is just a trick of the drawing. Im sure it will look more impressive on the small lot it will sit on surrounded by other buildings.

what is the avg afl salary? its only an average of 30K season, which I dont know if that really is enough to get into the condos.

maybe if you were on the higher end of the scale for long term which is right around 75-100K per then you could get in.

So at approximately the height of Lemmon Wheeler will be the 1/2 way point for this project. Tall House WILL be tall for that area

I have to say, I really like the transparency of the building. Seems like the buildings we have right now are all reflective glass. In my travels it seems like transparency is the in thing right now.

The Ledyard Building is on Monroe Center. I believe the name of the Sierra Room building is Lemon Wheeler Building (25 Ionia).
