Walgreen is at the bottom of this apartment tower with a drive through right through the center of the building.

Maybe CVS can move into that space and they can raze and redevelop the CVS site? It isn't as bad as the Eckerd's/Rite Aid/Walgreens but it isn't great. At least they put a door on the sidewalk (even if the walls were all but blank).

I too was in this area today as were throngs of people this afternoon.  Love the height of this tower and of course the brick.

I was there too adding to the throngs. Lots of mumsies and dadsies. There was a shopping fair(?) at Tremont and South at the Atherton grassy area and too many people for me to adventure into. What was the event? Many individual canopys/marquees.

I dont know a Christmas market maybe I walked through it but then on the way back walked around it as it was super crowded.

the brick on this tower looks good.  If Walgreens is not going into that space I hope a soft goods non food retailer does go into that space.   I mean non restaurant.  I tell you what would do good there would be a QT urban format store that sells everything but the gas or a 7-11.
