Downtown Durham Midrise Apartments

Since there are a ton of fairly normal urban apartments going up in Durham right now, it's probably a bit too much to add individual threads for each project, so let's concentrate most of the developments here.

Yes I agree downtown Durham has an apartment boom and Camden out of Houston is getting ready to start their first project there too.

Spied this tower crane at Fernway Ave and Liggett St (next to the ID).  Looks like the parcel is owned by Greystar, but I can't find any renderings or any basic information about it other than that it's named Beckon.

Couple of pics of the micro apartments called Atlas Durham at the corner of Corporation and Rigsbee.  Appears to be developed by a local developer called Rigsbee Ave Holdings.  Can't find a lot of info about it other than that it's just micro, studio, and 1 bedroom units, will be interesting to see how it is priced.

I think that could be the new name for the Elan Innovation District. Its in the same area. But I havent been down that way in a while so I can't say for sure.

Not downtown, but on the edges of the city limits of Durham.  A new apartment complex is being proposed.
