Rent is utterly ridiculous these days. Some apartments are considerably more expensive than a mortgage would be.

Skyhouse in general all remind me of the suburbs....the same concept, plan and design, just thrown up anywhere for a quick buck.

Single family homes for rent are much cheaper per square and have more space and of course yards.  You may have to mow the lawn but most don't charge a garbage fee or a monthly pet rent (thought about this scam I mean idea but can't bring myself to do it)   The rents at these apartment complexes are just too.......I will let Mr McMillan tell you
