Woodruff Rd.

Woodruff Rd. is one of Greenville's fastest growing areas! Traffic is horrible there and development has run wild. Yet 90ish percent(this is a guess) is not even in the city limits! Do you folks feel as I do that this should definetly be in the city limits? Something different to talk about.

I do believe it should be. Because I know when I think of Woodruff Road I think Greenville. I believe it will eventually be inside city limits though. with the whole Shops at Greenridge development and the ICAR right next to it has already been annexed.

I believe that Greenridge is already in the city limits. I saw City Police working traffic detail back in February out there at Garlington@Woodruff.

The city will porbably continue to annex the commercial properites along Woodruff rd. I have read many times that commercial brings in more money than residential, and as such there is more of an incentive for the city to annex them.
