Wow, look at the west side, where the Ford museum and GVSU is now. Looks all industrial…then look two blocks west further from the river. Is that just open space?

What about the longterm durability of wood versus concrete and steel? Seems a primarily wood structure would not last as long as other materials. Oh, that's right...in the USA we tear buildings down after 10-15 years.

Is it a rebuild to current specs or will they alter the width as was talked about last year? I HATE driving down the hill and having to swerve all over the place just to stay in my own lane.
