Yeah, I agree with you on that. If you go north on Summerhill over I-30 I saw where a lot of land was being cleared for an office park.

Wouldn't it be something if the Shreveport and Texarkana areas grew to the point that one day both cities shared an airport. Shreveport/Texarkana International Airport doesn't sound too bad.

I know the land has been set up as far as bulldozing and leveling is concerned but, I haven't seen any signs of a building coming up just yet.

Or Shreveport may go through what I call the San Francisco effect. Even though San Jose is the biggest city in population in the Bay Area, San Francisco will always be the more important city. Bossier may grow larger than Shreveport but Shreveport will always be the main city.

Phase 1 sold out in 6 weeks. Wow! That's pretty fast! Do you think the day will ever come when Bossier is bigger than Shreveport?

Oh, I knew BR's traffic was bad before Katrina because when I went down there to visit family in Amite the raffic was crazy!

That's great about Bossier! Is Shreveport's unemployment rate really high or is it in the middle?

I didn't know that Cedar Grove was the worst neighborhood in Shreveport. I thought that was Allendale? I bet the next time I visit Shreveport there will be so much to see and do. Texarkana was supposed to get a convention center but the city seems to be dragging their feet about it. Anyway, you do an awesome job keeping us up to speed on what's going on in Shreveport/Bossier! Keep up the good work!

That's really cool! Shreveport and Bossier just continue to explode with growth! As for Cedar Grove, I can only hope for the best. I like the fact that they have so many large older homes.
