    Obviously Festival of the Arts needs no introduction. It begins Friday, June 2 at noon and runs through Sunday until about 7. Looks like the weather's going to be great. Any fellow UP'ers going?

    Another interesting shot from Select Bank: The main roofline of the Select Bank building is taller than Clear Channel's, but that three story raised section in the photo actually makes Clear Channel highest.

    GRYP just posted their Unwind at Monte's. It'll be happening April 27.

    LongHorn Steakhouse on 28th St SE is now open. Great food and not overly priced.
