That's interesting for sure. I watched a program about the Moon on History channel that gives the theory that the Moon is actually a runaway planet that collided with Earth, and then was caught up in the Earths gravitational pull. They said that we can measure the distance of the Moon from Earth from a device placed during the Moon landing. The Moon is moving away from the Earth about 1 inch per year, if I remember correctly.
This theory that the Moon is actually some artificial base, placed there from some alien race is a stretch to say the least. However, I don't discount it all together. We have very little understanding of what space and time really is. If you have ever heard of the string theory or black matter, you know what I mean. It seems the more science answers its own questions, the more they realize how little they know. I'm lost when it comes to the string theory, but black matter is something entirely different. There is some force that keeps planets, stars and solar systems in their orbits that gravity does not explain. So basically, black matter is just a name given to something that hasn't been discovered yet.
With all these questions that need to be answered, why couldn't we have extraterrestrials visiting this planet from some far off galaxy. We have only existed for a small fraction of time, who
