Furman graduation is next weekend so nearly 1000 families are in town Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Pretty sure that’s why hotel rates are elevated for those nights.

Might the construction of the 301 college street high rise be impacted by this project? Maybe Beech is waiting for this to finish before demolition and construction begin on their project. Having both happening consecutively would cause some issues with traffic, logistics, etc right? -
What corner of the park is Honor Tower being built in? I can’t tell from the renderings.

No construction on site yet. Lots of trees taken down.

I'm dropping by the site tomorrow to check and see if anything has changed in the past couple months. Will post pictures here if there's anything new.

Not sure about the survey stakes, but those trees have been down for at least a month. I hope the survey stakes in that outlined area are new at least.

If anybody has requests for drone images of any of the construction/developments happening right now I would be happy to take some shots and share them here on the forum. Just reply to this and I'll do my best to go take some shots of it soon.

When the Landmark/Windstream building was sold to investors last summer they said they had plans for revitalization. Does anyone know of the actual plans the investors had/have? I think a facade replacement would do wonders for the building, but also realize that is extremely unlikely and impractical. Just wanted to know if there were any further explanation of those revitalization plans.

Drove by yesterday and still no activity on site. No people or vehicles present and no new demolition.

Unfortunately I don't think there's any work being done yet. I went in and shot these a last week.
