This building would have looked so much better if it had slightly curved lines from the base to the top. Similar to the Salesforce tower in SF.

Anyone know if this building is leaning?

Someone needs to lose their job over that Truist sign on the Hearst Tower. FFS that schitt is awful.

The logo on the brick facade looks like a fly on a wedding cake. Proportion is terrible. Otherwise, a striking building and great mix of materials.

I worked there in high school on the weekends, Providence Pediatrics. My mom was a nurse there for years, I did the filing. It did have a really odd smell. BTW, Culpepper was a really good doctor... didn't believe in treating EVERYTHING with an antibiotic.

The big boys will be saved and the smaller players that put downward pressure on prices will be left for dead. Just the like some banks were saved and others left to die (Wachovia). Gov't picks the winners and losers based on which companies have congress in the back pocket. Call me cynical, but everyone knows this is how the system works.

Could be 2 layers with LED lighting in between. Would solve the opacity issue and create a vibrant lighting treatment.
