  1. Well it sounds like the gulch is going to have quite the show going on once this is finished
  2. What's wild is how different the area under the pedestrian bridge will become. Interesting how the boot barn building is still in their scale model, and the giant blank wall face lining the little parking lot hold out.
  3. Anyone guess an opening date for Whole Foods? Was driving so couldn't snap a pic, however the interior looks like it's in the final stages. Product being stocked on shelves it appears.
  4. That would be Kusher's in NYC sir. @LA_TN whenever I'm at the dog park I crane my head way back envisioning how insanely tall this project will be from that vantage point. 222 itself looks massive already.
  5. Any news on JW Tower #2? Assuming it's the empty park they have on the property.
  6. The entire property looks cheap and dated both inside and out. Disappointing mark on the neighborhood.
  7. The Whole Foods looks like it's on the final stretch that's for sure. Waiting for the banner to change any day now with an opening date set.
  8. @fishsticks176 Never was my intention to offend, nor do I have any inside info. Was just making an off the cuff jest about it being a decision maker's kid. No idea who actually did it. However as a critique, this does not reflect the brand's value and quality that the multi-million dollar space that's being built should command. Simple as that.
  9. This is what happens when the decision maker's son in law is a 'graphic designer' and is thrown a bone... Then compounded by cheap outsourced garbage swag companies with little consideration given to the brand's quality.
  10. So fantastic. If only all new projects had this level of craftsmanship go into their facade. Really amazing to see this thing in person.
  11. Anyone know when we could expect to see pricing and details for rental units at The Place?
  12. We just had the soft opening lunch. Great build out, an excellent addition to the neighborhood. Good complement to the also amazing Liberty Common next door! Once Four Seasons is online, there will be such an abundance of energy from the new rooftops overlooking 1st and the park.
