^That is actually a previous design for one in Clayton Missouri. It has since been redesigned and simplified. Base4 was the architect on that. https://www.base-4.com/portfolio/residence-inn-clayton-mo/

^Considering it says "Heart & Soul" above it, I imagine the E and C stands for Eric Church. As for the "F", not sure. The Heart & Soul are Church's three newest albums. http://ericchurch.com

Inner Loop - CBD, Downtown, East Bank, Germantown, Gulch, Rutledge
chriss752 replied to smeagolsfree's topic in Nashville
Thanks. I was only in Nashville for the night and half of today. I was driving back from Port St. Joe Florida and decided to stop off for the night. 8 hours of driving solo wears you out, especially on the backroads of Alabama. I was in town for a few days in August but never shared my project pictures from then. I'd like to post more often here, and may. We will see. As far as St. Louis goes and the soccer stadium at 22nd street, we have a bit going on but nothing on the level of Nashville. -

Was in Nashville for just a little bit and took my drone up. I focused on this project (Amazon Tower) and a few other projects.

I was going to share this yesterday but I didn't get around to it. This is the Hampton Inn yesterday. MarkHollin already posted photos today so this post is sort of redundant. -

I did some digging and found some new renderings and data... Maximum Building size is 362,006SF Available to Divide: 361,997SF Maximum Contiguous: 294,459SF Floor Count: 23 10th Floor Amenity Deck and Cafe Drop off zone. CBRE Marketing Interesting to note, only the 11th-23rd floors are being marketed for available space. Was a parking garage ever talked about? Because that appears to be what the space between the lobby and 10th Floor is. Either way, I like the new perspectives.
