    I've seen slow progress continuing, but you're right, they've been tinkering with some of these empty buildings for years now.

    Latest building at the May Hosiery Mill to begin rehab. I believe this will be part of the SoHo House Hotel.

    I wish we had more buildings like this one going up. Something like this would be perfect for a lot of the pikes (Charlotte, Main Street/Gallatin, 8th Ave S, 4th Ave/Nolensville).

    An update in today's Nashville Post on stadium construction – on track for May 2022 completion. https://www.nashvillepost.com/sports/nashville-sc/article/21134498/mls-stadium-construction-project-still-on-schedule No mention of the mixed-use buildings to the north of the stadium site. Does anyone know whether these will be on a similar timeline?

    Demolition of the truck center on Hagan Avenue (down the hill from Dozen Bakery) has begun in preparation for new development (Fusion townhomes construction site is visible in these photos, just to the south along Hamilton Ave).

    Thanks! I’ve visited this forum for years while living in Nashville, moving away for eight years, and moving back about three years ago. I didn’t see the water tower anywhere on the lot.
