  4. This is 50 yards from my office. Pic is from my office window. They've been digging out the former sports bar parking lot and doing interior work for the past week.   5. I drive by it twice a day to/from work and I haven't seen evidence of any work being done in the weeks/months since it was boarded up and fenced off. It just looks abandoned.

  7. Re: the Greenline partners mixed use: They demo-ed the car lot buildings and are grading that side. The church is still standing as of this morning (I live 3 blocks away and pass it every morning.) Too bad they can't just demolish the Checkers joint while they're at it.

  10. My office window faces that building. There has been constant construction activity there for the past 2 weeks. I'm wondering where their customers will park.

  14. Thanks. I've been lurking here for a couple of years, and felt it was time to show my face. Thanks. Anode moved from 105 Broadway downtown to 926 Main in east nash in Jan 2010, dodging the flood bullet by a few months. We were at 105 Broadway for about 5 years, and at 808 Broadway for 12 years before that. We actually had our first real office at 540 Broadway in an old metro building before the Arena was built. As well as can be expected for any other self-funded, ridiculously complicated, over-committed, questionably purposeful labor of love.
